Mason Promoted to Strategic Channel Manager

iSi is pleased to announce that Marc Mason has been promoted to Strategy Channel Manager.

iSi is pleased to announce that Marc Mason has been promoted to Strategy Channel Manager. In this role, Marc is responsible for the overall management of the Marketing and Sales department, as well as exploring new business opportunities and technology developments.

TL;DR: Marc Mason moves into a strategic leadership role overseeing marketing, sales, and business development. After 9+ years with iSi and two years building the Atlanta office, he returns to Wichita to scale the firm’s service capabilities and identify emerging compliance opportunities for clients.

Marc has been with iSi since May 2009 and was most recently the Strategy and Business Development Coordinator. He previously relocated to iSi’s Atlanta office to expand the firm’s service reach across Southeast industrial markets. Marc holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from Kansas State University.

⚠️ The Pain: Environmental consulting firms struggle to scale. One regional office limits growth. Scattered sales and marketing efforts waste resources. Leadership transitions fail when there’s no strategy behind them. iSi’s promotion of an internal leader who has built one office and understands both operations and business development signals a different approach—intentional expansion backed by operational rigor.

Strategic leadership in EHS consulting is rare. Most consulting firms hire sales teams without understanding the operational constraints of delivery—leading to overpromises, delivery failures, and client churn. iSi’s internal promotion puts someone in the role who has lived both sides: strategy and execution.
