Flexible Scheduling
Multi-shift operation? We split sessions to cover all shifts without shutting down production. We can break longer courses into sections to minimize the time any group is away from their tasks.

On-site classes are often shorter than our scheduled courses because we cover only the portions relevant to your operation. A generic 24-hour curriculum might condense to 16–20 hours when focused on your specific exposures and procedures.

HAZWOPER
24-hour, 40-hour, and annual refresher. On-site classes use your equipment, your spill kits, and your facility layout for hands-on exercises.
Confined Space Entry
Permit-required and non-permit spaces. We train using your actual confined spaces, entry permits, and rescue equipment.
Lockout/Tagout
Machine-specific LOTO procedures using your equipment. Employees learn on the exact machines they'll be locking out.
Forklift & Powered Industrial Vehicles
Classroom plus hands-on evaluation using your forklifts, in your warehouse or production floor. OSHA requires operator evaluation on each vehicle type.

On-Site Training FAQs
How many employees can you train on-site at once?
Class sizes depend on the topic and hands-on requirements. Lecture-based courses can accommodate 30+ employees per session. Courses with hands-on components — confined space, forklift, fall protection — typically cap at 12–15 per session to ensure adequate practice time. For larger groups, we run multiple sessions back-to-back or split across shifts.
Do you bring all the training equipment?
For most on-site classes, we use your equipment — that's the point. Employees train on the same forklifts, confined spaces, respirators, and lockout devices they use every day. For courses that require specialized demonstration equipment (air monitoring instruments, fit-testing machines), iSi brings those items.
Is on-site training more expensive than sending employees to a scheduled class?
Usually less expensive. On-site training is quoted as a flat rate for the group, so the per-person cost drops as your group size increases. Factor in zero travel costs for your employees, shorter class duration focused on your needs, and no lost productivity from travel days — on-site is typically the better value for groups of 5 or more.
