Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site (quote requests, training registrations, Phase I ESA inquiries, paint booth cleaning requests, Compliance Intelligence signups, or general contact), we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of your request, such as facility or property information. Training registrations may also include attendee names and billing information you provide.

We use this information to respond to you, provide and schedule the services you requested, process training registrations, and manage our business relationship with you and your company. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system.

Payments

Card payments for training are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout pages. Your card number is entered on Stripe's site and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your payment and the billing details needed to administer your registration.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertising works. These tools set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device information. When you submit a form after clicking one of our ads, Google's enhanced conversions feature may receive a hashed (unreadable) version of the email address you provided, used only to match the conversion to the ad click.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate this site and our business on our behalf, such as our website host, our customer relationship management system, our payment processor, and Google as described above. We keep business records, including training and certification records, for as long as needed to serve our clients and meet legal and professional obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and this site is served entirely over HTTPS.
