Shelbye oversees all iSi technical operations, consulting, and HR functions as Chief Operating Officer. With 18+ years at iSi, she brings advanced expertise in organizational psychology, operations strategy, and team development.
Her leadership spans talent management, compliance program delivery, client relations, and business growth initiatives. Shelbye holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with an Industrial/Organizational concentration from Emporia State University, along with SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
