Demolition projects often include asbestos removal prior to the actual demolition.  iSi’s asbestos teams are amongst the first in to remove the asbestos.  With our new selective demolition services, we can provide both the asbestos removal and interior demolition, allowing general contractors to work with just one sub for this work, rather than two.

iSi’s asbestos sampling teams can be on hand to conduct third-party asbestos air monitoring of construction contractors for your protection and theirs, taking required final air monitoring clearance sampling, and conducting analysis via polarized light microscopy (PLM).  We can also provide post-abatement clearance sampling.

Lead in industrial settings can be found all over a building from walls and window sills to equipment, floors, ceilings and other work areas such as loading docks, storage areas and outside concrete structures.

Finding it:  iSi often works with facility operators, building owners, managers and maintenance personnel to help quantify and locate lead so you can better manage it.

Removing it: If you would like to remove it, we work with the building owners to take care of it, and we also work with general contractors renovation and construction projects.

For removal, iSi conducts its lead removal work only in non-child occupied facilities only.
